This was absolutely not the news we ever though we’d have to share but here goes.  We got a phone call today from the director of the Africa program stating that Ashenafi’s birth mother has begun the process with the Ethiopian courts to regain custody of him.  We have no answers to your questions and still have many answers to find for ourselves.  We desperately ask for your prayers for the Lord to guide us in this plan that seems so jumbled to us right now.  We will update you as we know more and find where God is leading us in this.
