Lung update

Ok finally have a minute to update. Despite all different treatments and positions and such the lungs were not cooperating and they were contemplating putting her in ICU and reintubating. That can be very dangerous. So they ended up trying putting a suction tube down into her throat which made her cough and gag and that seems to have helped. She is resting comfortable now with good stats. I’m doing ok. Adrenaline is finally wearing off and I’m taking time to rest while she does. With two catheters, an epidural, a g tube, a nasal canula and five monitor leads I did not think this was possible but I got to hold her today :)
